None, really. At the university, we call those who run the place (the Deans, Vice Presidents, etc.) "administrators". The person in charge of a hospital is a "hospital administrator". People with similar positions in most businesses would be called "managers". That would lead you to believe that those who run nonprofits are administrators and those who run for-profit companies are managers. However, most business schools are called schools of business administration, rather than of business management. I've been teaching for 28 years, and I still don't understand the distinction.
