I'm a high school graduate & I would like to become a R.N, Whats the first thing I need to do? Schools in my area states that i have to be already some form of nurse before I can enroll myself in a nursing program is that true?

because he had three F's on his mid-terms. He has been historically lazy, but claims that he isn't missing any assignments (the usual). I simply wanted to know if he personally had any missing assignments during that grading period for those classes. I'm not asking for any lenience, special treatment, etc. I just want to know for my own information. It's now Thursday afternoon, and none of the teachers have answered me. I left both my work and personal e-mail addresses, in addition to my work, home, and cell phone numbers. Is this odd?

we are in the philadelphia pa. area we are grandparents trying to raise a child with autisum. He is 9years old He is in a regular public school and needs to connect to recreaional services. maybe the special olimpics. He learns well he follows instructions well. we are willing to pay for good service. he is afro-american form a college background family, but because we have never had any one in the family with his needs we just don't know where to go for help

Everyone in my class are running around trying to study for it. I studied my *** off worrying about my test last week and got an "A" but this week I have the attitude of "I could care less, Im going to do YahooAnswers and surf the net instead of studying." Any reason why I dont have the motivation to study and why Im not freaking out like everyone else is?

The schoo project im doing requires coming up with a solution to help people carry weight that they arent supposed to carry. Average man is supposed to carry 15% of their weight, but many people carry more and backpacks for school kids also cannot hold a lot. Hi I was commenting on the amount, the saying, I can't be asked, is used nowadays, and I was corrected by someone, telling me it is, I cant be ars-d. they were adamant, but I feel that the original saying is asked. I feel people do not pronounce the word asked properly and so in the end it is changed. I know this seems a daft question, but would like to know either way.

I have been a second grade teacher for about a month and I have NO IDEA HOW TO TEACH.

Intially I tried teaching the kids the way I learned in college, but they can't handle taking notes and listening to a lecture.

People say, "make the class more fun" but I teach five subjects a day. I am already overwhelmed just interpreting the lessons -- how the Hell can I figure out how to modify them so they're fun too?

I did not major in education.

It's my first semester in a community college and already I'm in trouble. The english 1 class I am taking requires that I have no missing work in order to pass. Well, because of work and my stupidity, I forgot to turn in a paper. Now there's no way I can pass even with a C, since all your papers have to be accepted and I'm missing one.
So, this isn't even my real college. I'm just trying to get my basics here and then I'll transfer into a four year college in two years. So should I drop the class? Or just flunk out with an F and try again next semester or over the summer?

when exactly should i ask for a proffessional diagnosis?
are these signs telling anything?
- unable to make eye contact
- cannot stay in one place for more than one minute
- cannot control temper or language
- speaks very loudly
- aggressive towards mates
- cant seem to enjoy a game even if he has asked eagerly for it, leaves what he's playing with to look for something else, comes back to the original thing also in no time
- bad memory for names
- high artistic skills
- extra weight

can this still be a normal "naughty" child?
if he has ADHD what shall i do other than fighting to put him in the naughty chair every time he breaks a rule " every five minutes or so"?
if there are other signs please let me know
