The other responses did an adequate job of giving you a generic definition of what the words and phrase mean. I'm not an economist or a political scientist but will do my best to explain. Politically, China is a "closed"/communist economy that pays workers incredibly lower wages than found in most "Western" countries; the government owns all the factories, stores, etc in the country and regulates how much people can charge for everything and how much, in general, people (except for a small minority of wealthy and powerful communist party leaders) can earn- they have set up a system with artificially low wages and prices (not to say anything for worker safety/protection or health or environmental concerns) compared to what may be found elsewhere in the world. As a result, for better or worse, China can manufacture items for say 1/10th the cost of what it would cost here in the US and then ships items here to the US and everywhere else where they are much less expensive to buy than items made even right in your community. Here in the US, for example, this has led to a continual eroding of manufacturing jobs over the last 50 years or so (of course over the last year or so, for example, it has been found that many Chinese toy products have had health and safety concerns as the government tries to squeeze even more profit out). Here in the US, we are a very "materialistic" country where people buy so much "stuff" and often success here is viewed on the amount of stuff you own; but generally, we don't manufacture very much of the stuff we buy any longer and there has been an ever increasing trade deficit (amount of items we buy from China versus the amount of items we sell to China). I think part of what your arguement is hinting at is that for years many people have been arguing that China should get rid of their government controlled pricing and wages and let a free market determine what true prices and wages should be in the country (as found in most Western, free-market economies). However, if China did decide to eliminate government control, wages in China would rise, prices would rise and I think (the arguement is) that Americans (and people from any other Western country that has become dependent of cheap Chinese labor and goods) could not afford to buy "stuff" any longer, our country couldn't produce "stuff" any more, inflation (the cost of "stuff) would increase dramatically, and the whole economy would be destroyed (it has also been argued that this is part of China's long-term political aim to eventually eliminate their government control over their economy to purposely try to hurt Western economies). In addition and as a result of our trade deficit and, China has continually purchased our national debt (amount of money our country owes); and, as the arguement goes, china could further hurt our economy buy demanding the money we "owe" it.
You say you're from China? Nice to meet you.

WOW, once I first study the sentence, it sounded to me like it must be suggestion given to you with the aid of a psychic or clairvoyant or another religious reader. is this superb? in spite of everything, i'm going to remark on the the final sentence, "It consists of looking some thank you to attain extra of a happy stability between opposite drives pulling you aside." you're being instructed that the subsequent exchange on your existence or action on your existence is basically not a extensive significant one. as a exchange it's going to be an action or a determination which you will make which will help you to stop overdoing it in an area of your existence. to illustrate, enable's say you paintings way too many hours at your job and you do not the rest a lot consisting of a few time besides consume and sleep. The action you will take will help you to shrink the style of hours you paintings after which fill those hours with different activities so as that there is a extra even stability between paintings and different existence activities. it incredibly is basically an occasion. If this could be a horoscope telling you this, pay attention that regularly occurring horoscopes are very extensive and could observe to every person and something.

"critics" = people who do not agree with China's currency system. They need to watch what they are saying or doing; they need to think before they speak because they might be/get into trouble with what they want.

"be careful what you wish for" suggests that your wish may come true, and you will find that the result is worse than the original condition.
