I start school on monday! I haven't bought any notebooks to write on because i'm lazy, I still have one book (out of 5) to read for school but they give us a test like 2 weeks after we start so i''ll get a chance to read it after (i'm still scared dunno why)... And my mind is still on vacation, i don't feel the enthusiasm like i used to before starting school!
What should I do? I'm an A student by the way in high school!

Roger is a rock that has been a part of the rock cycle for millions of years. Your job is to tell Roger’s story. You must describe how Roger was “born” and at least three transitions that occurred during Roger’s life. (For example, changing from igneous to sedimentary, sedimentary to metamorphic, and metamorphic to igneous.)

Does anyone know where can I take the TOEFL Test in SG?
coz I live in Macau, and will go to SG this coming Dec, I want to take this test in SG, does anyone know where can I register this test? and when will be held? thank you!

The year is 2050 and scientist now know about to time travel and clone and telaportation. A Women gives birth to a child when he was eight years old he went to walk to school but was ran over by her car and died . They had a funeral and her husband missed work at the time when thier was a massacar at his work. She wants to go back in time to stop her son from dieing but it cost 100,000 per time travel so she goes back in time and dosent let her son go to school that day but then since they didnt have a funeral she forgot all about her husband massacare at work and her husband now dies. I went to college for 2 years and had to withdrawal for financial reasons. I am very successful at what I do, but I plan to finish my degree over the next six part time.

I see all these advertisements for online university. Most local colleges seem to be offering more classes every year online.

It causes me to wonder how far away we are from most degrees being earned online as a standard and not the exception?

It would probably help (in theory) to cut down the cost of higher education as it becomes more accepted.

You might think at first that people will not get as much from learning onlline as they do in the lecture or class setting. But most learning is done from text.. And.. I remember when I was younger in college I was a little distracting on the social scene of the campus and probably should have spent more time in my studies.

Would also be more environmentally friendly too.

Do you think some kids with LD sould not even go
to a community college? In 1979 I tried to go to
Columbus State Community College and took remedial courses in reading and math.I had trouble
and when I disclosed I had LD,The instructor told
me to withdraw from her class and drop out of CSCC. Said I had no right coming to CSCC.
I told higher up about what happened,I was told
it was the college's policy to discourage LD from
attending CSCC. They never will be able to do
college level work let alone have a real job.
I will never give that place my business again.
I was in sped all through school and no one ever
taught me how to read well,do math,study for tests
etc. Why do I blame myself? It is not my fault I had
LD. Do you think I had the right to take the remedial
reading class?

High school just started, and my new math teacher is creeping me out. When ever any girl in the class needs help he always calls them "sweetie" and then when he goes to their desk to help them he touches our backs. I don't mean like pat them on the back, he holds his hand there. Also, this girl forgot her glasses the other day and the math teacher said "wear your glasses, you look good in them...I know" is this innapropriate?
