when you say i want to make friends overseas, does it mean while you are overseas,you wanna make friends? or,,,you want to make friends who are overseas? it could mean either?

My son is 8yrs and in the 2nd grade.... he has ADHD and a few other problems that are not recognized at school as a LD. His teacher has said alot of negative things to him but the 2 toppers are: (both said in front of the class)
1. After he missed one day of school, she came up to him and said, "I just wanted you to know I had such a wonderful day yesterday when you were not here"
2. He had gotten in trouble for talking and she told him " i wish there was some way to get you out of this school"

My son is really tore up over these comments and is sure doenst help his attitude toward school either. I have talked with the pricipal and they(his teacher and principal) just called him to the office proceeded to interogate him, until he came up with adifferent story, and said that the teacher didnt say it.

I know she probably did, she has told me such at the parent teacher confrences we have had, I have no reson to believe he made this up. Whta should I do?

I am really concidering becomming a kindergarten teacher. I LOVE kids and I really need a new lifestyle. I graduated high school and didn't go to college I just started working. But I want more. It's just hard because school is expensive and I have a condo to pay for along with all the other bills. But I will go through with it but my main concern is finding a job after college. Im not too sure what it takes to be a kindergarten teacher in New Hampshire and how long it will take me to get a job. If anyone can give me any kind of information pleeeeeease help!!!

when did people stop using proper English? i understand some people are slow at texting on their phones, and use these little shortcuts but when did that become the norm? i always use proper english when texting or on my computer, it makes it easier for people to understand what you're saying

Hi I'm tempted to just do english alone at university, I've been accepted into english with modern history & english with philosophy at a really outstanding UK uni. The uni has said it would be possible to swap philosophy for international studies or politics which gives me more options to confuse myself with. Is english on it's own going to limit career opportunities?

I have to do an oral presentation for my History class, and I decided to do a tactical analysis of World War I. I've looked up as much information as I can.but condensing it into a few dot points and illustrations and cue cards that can be read out in under 5 minutes without confusing everyone...it's a little hard (by the by, I'm in Year 10).
