How should I start prepration for my exam?

i m student of M.A Psychology in final year and clinical group.I want to get first division in M.A.But it is difficult for me to motivate my mind towords studies.

FIRST thing you should do is remove yourself from the internet. Then you might want to actually open a book and start studying? Might that help?

I would start out with 3rd grade spelling, that might be good.
