Go to www.craigslist.com, and look for manila. You could look for a posting, or post one yourself. I doubt there will be a posting for a sign language instructor, so you would probably need to post something saying you are looking for one. If you can't find one, try finding an online course. Remember, sign language isn't universal, signs differ not only from city to city, but from state to state, and country to country. Make sure the instructor is fluent in the sign that you are looking for. Good luck!

You need to find sign language instructor in Manila or ask someone at National Technical Institute for the Deaf in Rochester, NY. Maybe they knows. This is very rare to find sign language instructor out of country except Mexico. I have the sign language book of Mexico. The easier to learn sign language is to hang with deaf people in Manila.

sign languages boost specific to their communities and isn't any longer well-known. American sign Language is resembling old French sign Language. It should not be equated to "english" although. Americal sign Language is particularly distinctive from, say, British sign Language.
