What's the correct word for describing people who can't taste or who can't feel?

If you can't see you're blind, if you can't hear you're deaf and if you can't speak you're dumb, so what are you if you can't taste or if you can't feel? No wise-cracks thanks.

excuse letter, help?

I wore a sleeveless top this morning in my school, and I forgot that we weren't allowed to wear any revealing outfits including sleeveless, mini skirts, low rise jeans,hanging shirts and the like. My school is a catholic school thats why very conservative. By the way my school ID was confiscated and the only way for me to retrieve it is to give an excuse letter/ apology letter. but the thing is im not good at that. I need a formal letter though. So can anybody help me with this? tnx in advance!

what do you think about waiting a year after high school graduation before going to college?

I applied to a University but I don't want to go there anymore. I actually want to go to a different University but there is a SUPER SLIM chance of me getting in. So, if/when I don't get accepted into the college that i wanted to go into, is it an okay thing to wait a year and then applying to that same college? (the only reason there's a slim chance I'll get in this year is because my application is late AND i forgot to submit an essay along with it. I have a high GPA so if I submit it on time with everything next year then I'll definately get in.)

Would you go up against a the school board to fight for younger people? [read details]?

My school got the Blue Ribbion award. This was not only for our academic achievemants but we have an Agriculture Science program no one else in the county has, also our music and art departments are amazing. But now they are making the students next year choose between music, art, or agriculture. They may only take one along with P.E. and heatlh.This is not fair at all. This shouldnt be done! The younger kids should have the same oppertunities i had! Shouldn't we be saving the music and art? I have a pretty solid case against them (the school board) and plenty of reasons and people on my side. Would you stand up for this?
