smart is very relative.

Steven Hawking is a freakin GENIUS when it comes to quantum physics, but what does he know about making the perfect blackened tilapila? nothing!

And Rachel Ray is amazing in the kitchen and can make anything, but could she build a double decker bus? no.

So it's all relative, in the almost-words of another genius, Albert Enstien (who didn't know squat about foot surgery)

Good question...I'd put Jeanne Kirkpatrick in that list, but she died a couple months ago....

Let's see, George Will is very bright and has the vocabulary to match.

Marilyn Von Sant is said to have the highest IQ of anyone alive--about 215. Geez, and I thought my 129 IQ was pretty impressive.
