I would really appreciate if anybody could tell me which are the requirements for an international student, since i don´t know that much about the admission programs of US Universities; i would like to get into Princeton (as my first choice for an undergraduate degree) or Stanford (for a master´s in astro/aeronautical engineering). I am currently in college so i wonder if they require students to apply during their high school period.
I would also like to hear your opinions about my academic status because i am not quite sure if it is very relevant, however i am very confident about being totally able to study in these universities. I am 18 and have a private pilot license with an instrument rating, i speak spanish, german, french, english (a bit of russian), i am on my first year in mechanical engineering, i play some sports as well and i got a rating in aviation mechanics.
.. what if i haven´t been at the top of my class but i get the highest scores in the SATs?

A. Should I add critical reading and math together to get my total score? B. Or should i also add my writing score?

If i do A. I'll get only 1100. But if i also add B. I'll get 1600. Its a big difference. I can't find the answer anywhere.

Most every question I read, or answers I recieve are full of horrid, sensless errors. It's not even about spell check. It's about the command of your words. Did I "miss the buss" on something here? Or do I have a reason to be sad when translating through my own language here on Answers?

I have my senior seminar paper due in like one week. It has to be 30 pages...I have decided to do it on the death penalty. I do not know where to start. I have to research the issue myself...which I have already done. Now I have to have literature reviews, which I have never done.
