Moo shu literally means "wood shavings" in Chinese. It's called moo su because the cabbage and meat is shredded (resembling wood shavings).

Moo Shu is a Chinese dish. It's also the name of that little red dragon in Mulan.

Moo Shu is a chinese dish which involves stir-frying shredded cabbage, mushrooms, other vegetables, and meat. It is served wrapped in "pancakes" (thin flour tortillas) with hoisin sauce.
