I'm training to become a teacher. What kinds of things do 6th graders learn. Can someone give me a few lesson plans in the following subjects:
Math
Science
English
Social studies

And 8 kids at the school had a myspace group called the "I hate(and their math teachers name)
So far everyone involoved were all severly yelled at,all the parents were called,some parents had to come in,we all had to apologize to the teacher in person,some had to write the teacher an apology note.
Now all the computors in the school lab are shut down and supposdley are having the harddrives looked at.
I don't know what's going to happen to us all yet.
The principal has told us that we could all be sued with slander but however i don't believe it.
There also told us we should delete our accounts if we want to stay out of trouble,and they printed all of our myspace pages out as well! And they check them everyday!
What do you think could happen?

My maths is of an good standard, A at GCSE (uk exams at 16) but I find I still need to write down simple aritmetic on paper, before being able to work it out.

For example, questions I encounter day to day I cannot work out "on the spot mentally" or as quick as I would like, such as

Work out 8% of 17000.
The meal cost 0.97 for the drink and 1.85. I paid with £5, how much do I get back?
Quickly tell me what 15 multiplied by 12 is.


I can easily work these out given pen and paper quite quickly, but it's hopeless if Im not. However I notice a lot of people that didn't do that well at maths in exams, can work these sums out on the spot. What is their secret?

Is my brain wired differently?

Books or sites advice would be best.

Why on earth dont we copy the Germans and Dutch in terms of sex ed and tell the parents to go jump if they have issues with it on the logic it works and that parents who think their teenage sons and daughters are children need lessons in human biology and development

for a big project me and my friends did a video project, except I did ALL the work!!!! I was the director, i wrote the script, i did the background, music, editing.... i mean everything! i even asked then to help but when one was free the other was always busy, so i just gave up, and did it! but now we got second place for our school and we get trophies and we might go county wide!! is it right i gave them the credit, i mean they are my best friends!???!

I recently relocated to the DFW area because my husband got a new job here, but I still need to finish my Bachelor's degree in History. So far, the University of North Texas and Texas Woman's University have more appeal than the other schools I have looked at because they would only require me to complete 30 hours at their institutions in order to graduate (which is really about all I will need) versus the 60-66 I have seen elsewhere. Additionally, I am thinking about getting a master's degree in library science, which both of these schools offer. I have not yet visited either campus or been informed if and how my previous college credits will transfer. My final decision will probably be based mostly on financial aid, but I would appreciate your thoughts on both campuses, especially on their history and women's studies programs.

So for this sentence: "When your sentence is a excited phrase," phrase would be what?
I know that it should be worded differently because excited gives phrase an action, but I have to explain what phrase is in order to correct that mistake.

ok i am going into high school next year and i have to choose my classes now. my choice is for next year language is spanish, french or chinese. i dont really want to take spanish so my choice is between french and chinese. i would like to take chinese becasue it is new and different, but i would also like to take french becasue i would love to go back to france with my friends one day. a teacher once told me that chinese would be good to know for out of high school, but i dont really know. which one do u think would be the best for me to know after high school???

I am currently appying to be an NHS member in my school.
