The answer to your question is NO, cows do not like milk. However, calves do drink milk. There is a distinct difference, the same as between babies and adults.

In this instance, cows are like humans. When a woman breast feeds it is the baby that is nourished. So too with cows, it is their babies (the calves) that are nourished. All babies like milk because it keeps them alive.
