Okay I am really freaking out. I need to write a persuasive essay on outsourcing of jobs to other countries. I am against the practice, but I do not know where I am to look for legit information on the ill effects it has on American families. I do not want to fill my paper with alot of fluff and numbers( %). I want it to be heartfelt and persuasive at the same time. I have not been in school for over 15 years and I am really scared I am not going to pull this off. I just dont know where to start.. Really about to have a break down over this. I am not very good at determining if internet sites have what I want. I do not speak with alot of big words and I want to keep this as simple as possible. Any suggestion to help me not completly FREAK OUT will be greatly appreciated. Also, if someone can help me generate actual ideas for this paper I would owe you my life!!!!

One of my friends has a habit of using this phrase:

"Never 'assume'. It makes an *** out of U and ME."

The first time I heard it (20 years ago), it was quite a noivelty and a good play on words. Now, I just find it kind of pretentious and definitely irritating!

Annoying phrase, or not?

It's a good thing to think about.

I am interested in going to school to pursue a carreer as a paralegal. I would prefer to take online classes. I am confused with choosing an online school because I know some of the schools only offer a certificate that doesn't really nessicaraily mean that your legit and its not as credible as taking classes at a college. How can I tell with the way they word it if the school is what I really want?

In July 2006 I handed in a RE assesment, in which I tried for the highest level, level 8. I gave up lunches and much time after school to complete. After summer term holiday, I went back and asked for it back and the mark. My teacher said she sent it to County Hall to be marked by the RE coordinator as she cannot mark levels that high.
Since then, I still have not received it, now 6 months on. I did see her once, in which she told me I got a "definitly" got a level 7.
Since then, she kept saying "we havn't received it yet", all of the time.
Today, I was told I got a level 6 by the head of RE, and to "stop looking into the past and concentrate on Year 11".
I think it was lost, but they won't say it.
I wouldn't want to see it this desperatly if I hadn't put so much time and effort into it.
All I want is it back. What can I do? What are the next steps?
Contact County Hall to see if they received it?
Can someone advise?

This is what I got so far:
My poem talks about how a dream vanishes after it is
forgotten or deferred. It could dry up like a raisin in the sun,
or party and then run. It could rotten and stink or it could
smell like a syrupy sweet. It could sink like a heavy load or
explode.
The poem’s tone is a wondering, confused feeling. That’s
because the poem is actually questions put together, by the
exception of one stanza that’s just a guess to the major
question, “What happens to a Dream Deferred?
This poem uses alliteration; one example is when it says,
“syrupy sweet”. It also uses end rhyme, for example in lines 6
and 8 with the words meat and sweet. The imagery of this
poem gives a lot of meaning to it. First you imagine various
things that could happen to a dream that gets forgotten. And
at the end, it explodes as if it was gone forever.
And that’s what the poem “Dream Deferred” is about
and what it really means.
But I need more, can u add something?
