You would be able to, but it would restrict your choices. You can get away with not doing chemistry but it means, Biology can't be dropped and it will be your cornerstone in your UCAS application - so you'll need to do well in it.

Here are the list of courses under the "Dietetics" heading in UCAS search: http://search.ucas.co.uk/cgi-bin/hsrun/search/search/StateId/RHEimwKf83g1h5djt7aF0ChFTGDd3-UrJC/HAHTpage/search.HsKeywordSearch.whereNext?query=185&word=DIETETICS

Go through and look at the entry requirement at the various universities to help you. I've had a quick browse and they seem to ask for either Biology or Chemistry.

As an aside, I would advise against dropping chemistry unless it's giving you real trouble. the knowledge you get from Chemistry will almost certainly help you in your degree.

i might want to consider all of us else and say engineering appears like a very good determination for you. keep in options you may do nicely. besides engineering graduates have the suitable monetary potentialities. yet for sure you're literally not in it for the money :)

I would say its better NOT to drop chemistry, i mean you dont want to limit yourself! but if you dont like it, then dont force yourself to do it just for the sake of it!
