My daughter is in 3rd grade. The first day of school she came home crying, that her teacher was mean. This went on for 3 days. I talked with the teacher....she is not human, she just sits and smiles and makes statments not related to my questions. I informed her that it was unacceptable for my child to cry about having to go to school. My daughter loved school and continued to excel until this class. The teachers behavior borders on harrassment. We met with the Principal, he said he would monitor the class. It is now the 3rd month of school and it is still going on. My daughter rarely cries about school now, she is just "tired of my teacher being mean!" Long story short- this teacher has had a rep of being a "mean" teacher for years!!! The principal will not let me pull her out of the class, or go to another school in the district. I can't take work off to monitor the class and I can't home school her. Any suggestions on how to get this teacher fired?

The evolutionary mechanism of natural selection makes an implicit distinction between "good" or "fit" situations (those which survive in the long term), and "bad" or "unfit" ones (those which are eliminated sooner or later). Therefore, we might equate good or higher values with anything that contributes to survival and the continuation of the process of evolution, and evil with anything that destroys, kills or thwarts the development of fit systems.

if so can you please explain the last chapter to me because Im not sure if he is now with Rebbeca Epstien in Dundee or Rebbeca Epstien is now his girlfriend and they are just hanging out yet deep down he really loved Alice and although Alice was a ***** she realised that by sending him a postcard.

I dont get how she can send him a postcard I mean where is he when you read the last chapter is he in Dundee already is he at home or what?

Can anyone explain to me how the book jumps from him leaving Manchester with his mum and Des to writing a letter to Alice

Anyone help?
Its probably me just being thick but how has this story ended him with Rebbeca? I say this because he says "you swear too much" and she says its like being with "Mary ******* poppins" thats why I think he ends up with Becky but really...

How has this story ended because I loved reading it and im a bit baffeled as to how its ended for Brian Jackson in this book?

I had to write an essay on creation vs. evolution for science class, and I was assigned to write my essay about mutation, how it connects to evolution, to prove how it is true, and to prove how this proves that evolution is true. He assigned the topics, so even though I am a creationist I had to pretend I thought we evolved. (The essay is in the additional details).

Please help "translate" these quotes. For example, help me understand what it means by explaining it in "today's English."

1. "All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women are merely players.
They have their exits and entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages."

2. "We are such stuff
As dreams are made on and our little life
Is rounded with a sleep..."

3. "Why, then the world's mine oyster,
Which I with sword will open."
understanding
4. "Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio;
a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy."

5. "All that glisters is not gold."

6. "Nothing can come of nothing: speak again."

7. "Though this be madness,
yet there is method in 't"

8. "Cowards die many times before their deaths,
The valiant never taste of death but once."

THANK YOU!!!!
