Keep in mind that you dont have to buy any books or programs to follow it.

Basically making sure that you eat a light meal every 3 hours actually raises your metabolism which causes your body to utilise energy in a better way = prolonged calorie burn throughout the day. Just make sure they're balanced meals. And.... dont forget to drink loads of water.
