My son's High School wants to kick him out because he missed so much school. We just returned from Mayo Clinic. My son was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. He has chronic fatigue and can only go to school 1hour a day. But the school won't cooperate!!! What can we do??? He is willing to go to school 1 hour a day, and do the rest of the homework at home, but they won't let him. HELP!

He is capable of walking to and from class, he doesn't need a wheelchair or anything. Just the fatigue, the Dr specified only 1 hour a day to start, work his way to full-time in about 1 year's time. School won't cooperate at all. Is my son being discriminated against because he is ill?

I'm of working-poor class; too much income (on paper, anyway) to get financial aide, so I'm reliant on loans while finishing my undergrad degree. Can US loan programs be used for study in Canada? Are there hidden expenses for US students? Are we eligible for fellowships and/or TA/RA positions, or do Canadians get first preference?

If a car goes through a curve too fast, the car tends to slide out of the curve. For a banked curve with friction, a frictional force acts on a fast car to oppose the tendency to slide out of the curve; the force is directed down the bank. Consider a circular curve of radius r=200m and a bank angle theta, where the coefficient of static friction between tires and pavement is u. In kilometers per hour, evaluate the maximum velocity for a bank angle of 10 and for u=0.6, and again for u=0.05
