It depends alot on the school. Some med schools will take your average from all 4 (or 3) undergrad university years that you attended, and some will weigh more heavily on the MCAT and your volunteer/extra-corricular activities. Don't think your grades won't improve...mine jumped from a low B to a mid A (over 15%) from my 2nd to my 4th year! You just have to make sure you show an improvement and do well in the other aspects that they accept you on.

umm well first of all if u have lousy grades now theyre probly not gonna get much better and second of all the grades sorta stick with u.. if you got bad grades in like high school or something that might be better but college.. i dont know

Yes you can get into med school if you get your grades up higher. Just keep on trying and dont stop believing your dreams will come true if you work towards them

Check with the med school admission office of the schools you are interested in.

You can, but you need to get it up to at least a 3.0 overall and a 3.5 in your major classes. Go for 3.5 overall if you can. Also, start talking with professors so that you can get some good letters of recommendation.
