Why should people in develped countries be concerned about the health of people in developing countries?

People from developing countries migrate to developed countries for work. Diseases if left unchecked can cause epidemics and spread around the world to developed countries.
We also have a moral obligation to help others as this benefits all mankind in the long run.

Because borders are bull-crap! We are all humans and should be concerned about every bodies welfare!
