Has anyone done the May/June 2006 exams? I wanted to know, in your opinion were the May/June exams easy or hard. I'm doing the November ones and they told me if the May/June exams are hard then the November ones will be easy. Please say it's so!

i'm a smart 8th grade girl. i was just thinking about next year

-i'm definitely gonna do orchestra as a zero period (a class that is before school starts)
-honors bio
-honors geometry
-honors english if they have it, but probably regular english
-spanish 2
-art
-cheerleading or some other pe

and history i would take over the summer. do you think this too hard of a workload?

Dolly the dolphin was very excited. She couldn’t sleep a wink. How could she when her birthday was going to be tomorrow?

Dolly wondered what presents she would get for her birthday. Would she get the new pearl necklace she wanted really badly? Or would she get a hula-hoop?

How big would her cake be? Would all of her friends be there? Thinking and thinking, Dolly slowly fell asleep, unaware of the surprises ahead of her.

The next morning Dolly awoke to her mother’s call and the smell of her father’s kelp waffles. She went to the large shell table and saw her brother Jimmy sitting quietly for a change.

Jimmy had a mischievous smile on his face, and her mother and father weren’t saying anything. For a minute, Dolly thought she had gone mad. Her parents always said good morning to her, especially on her birthday.

As Dolly left for school, she noticed that everybody was swimming very fast and didn’t speak to her at all. Had they all forgotten it was her birthday?

How would it offend anyone? Isn't it the same as saying men prefer blondes to brunettes etc?

Who ever reported it seems to be a jerk because the question was already resolved and i chose a best answer.... if I'm down 10 points... oh well- it's not like i'm losing money nor prizes away- Yahoo Answers don't give anything tangible away to make this any more worthwhile other than power of knowledge from other people and opinions! Teaching in Muslim Northern Nigeria I was arrested for being drunk by police after end of term party and caned by police. A video was taken of my punishment and later shown to my very amused pupils. Do other Muslims think the way I was treated is funny? I went out there to help the blacks and got degraded. They don't deserve my help. Does anybody agree with this?

The problem is Sketch one period in the positive direction and one in the negative direction for each function.

1. y=3sinx
2. y=3sin2x
3. y=3sin2x+1
4. y=3sinx/2+1
5. y=3sinx/2-1
6. y=5sin(x-pi)
7. y=5sin(x+pi)
8. y=1/3cos(x+pi/2)

Can some please give me the x and y values for all of these, or tell me how to do these problems. Do i have to graph these. I just need to know how to do these. :(
