i'm a smart 8th grade girl. i was just thinking about next year

-i'm definitely gonna do orchestra as a zero period (a class that is before school starts)
-honors bio
-honors geometry
-honors english if they have it, but probably regular english
-spanish 2
-art
-cheerleading or some other pe

and history i would take over the summer. do you think this too hard of a workload?

Not as long as you are proficient in math and English. English and geometry would probably be the heaviest for homework....you would be the best person to know if you could handle it. Just don't take more than you want to do since one bad grade can lower your GPA (if that is even an issue for 8th graders)

This doesn't seem excessive (I've seen a lot worse!), but it depends on what activities you're pursuing outside of school.
