University of Illinois?

Does anyone know if UOI accepts a 2 years in Music Theory ( Music Theory 1, Music Theory AP) as a foreign Language?

You should be more specific on which University of Illinois. At UIC, you have to take a competency exam on to pass out of the two year requirement. Music theory does not count as a foreign language.
