The warden of a state prison offers 3 prisoners a chance of freedom every year on his bday. He takes the 3 prisoners and lines them up in front of a brick wall. The prisoners: A, B, and C are lined up in a way so that C can see B and A....B can only see A...and A can't see anything but the brick wall.

The warden then blindfolds them and puts a hat on each of them and explains to them the rules:
-5 hats in a box...3 red, 2 blue...
-hats are chosen at random and placed randomly on each of their heads
-the prisoners face the wall at all times
-again, C can see B's hat and A's hat....B can see A's hat...A can't see anything
-prisoners cant see their own hat
-If the prisoners can guss wat color hat they are wearing, they are free
-If they guess wrong then +10 more years to their sentence
-If they dont guess, then they serve original sentence

I'm reading this book... Shane... and I came across a wierd saying that the narrator... a young boy says...

I was beginning to feel my oats about the, proud of myself being able to lick Ollie Johnson at the next place down the road. Fighting, boy style, was much in my mind.

The answer is 2 and
(-1 + the square root of 13) / (6) and
(-1 - the square root of 13) / (6)

I am a single mother. I have been struggling for 3 years to get my nursing degree. But at this time I have change my major to health service administrator. Due to that nurses work a lage number of hours and expect alot from them. I don't think i can do that, I need time for my son and family. So now I have consider a career in health service administration. But don't know really what the outcome is. I have search into it and seems that they make good money and the hours are not so ridiculous like nursing. How far can you go in health administration? Is there different kind of paths you can go once you start working on the field or it just a straight a one stop job. thanks for your comments.
