I'm with Magic One on this. Unless she's winking and doing the "come hither" thing, it might be because for some reason she's got you profiled to be a trouble source and is making sure that you are not up to no good. I hate to admit it, but as a teacher, I have a few students that I watch extra closely, compared to some of my others. The difference is that the ones that I don't watch closely are those who openly admit to me when they break rules.

Cuz she thinks your hot, or maybe she just noticed something peculiar stuck on you clothes like a sticky note or something on your pants.... Mrs. Ross my old english teacher checked me out all the time btw I'm a girl, I don't know if you are or not, but I found that really creepy, my advice is too either ignore or give nasty glares at her or whisper to a friends while she'd looking at you, and make sure you look disgusted.

it's because she's a creep. stay away and if it gets worse, report her to your principal.
