Did you observe questionable behaviors in the classroom, and if so, how did they affect you?

its barely a month in to school and im already very unmotivated with school when on the first day i was motivated to get all A's. its my junior year of highschool and i need to stay on track but i cant get myself to go to bed on time (im writing this at midnigt), cant get myself to do the homework that challenges me, and in the mornings im very depressed and just want to leave school. im definitley not a school person but im very smart so it frustrates me that i dont have the diligence to get good grades and treat myself to what i deserve. any advice from students or people with a boring job will help greatly. thank you very much

I'm currently a senior in college and planning on applying to graduate school, which means I will need written recommendation letters from professors. The problem is that I have never liked any of my professors, and have never established a student-teacher relationship with them. Anyway, I'm taking some classes this term and want to start to get to know my Profs. I was thinking of going to see one of my Profs during her office hours, but I have nothing to really talk to her about.

Any suggestions on what to talk to her about? I don't want to mention anything about grad school, because I think if I did that, it would be kind of obvious/rude that the only reason I'm talking to her and wasting her time is because I eventually want a recommendation letter from her.
What do you think?

I am tired of looking at the same bulletin boards every fall which consists of apples, leaves, and books. Does anyone have any good bulletin board ideas with a craft for 3-5 yr. olds (so they can see their handy work on the board) and maybe a cute phrase that is different but yet still sticks with the season?

my friend and i made a decision last week that we are going to make the most of (almost) every hour of the day! the first week went very well- we made sure we studied atleast 2 hours a day, went for a jog every other day and basically everything was going well...until...one night, i slept a bit late and that led to me sleeping in an extra 2 hours the following morning, this led to me feeling very droopy all day long! and then it just became a cycle.
i'm sure its basically down to a bit of discipline but do u guys have any suggestions?

cost:$1000- it makes sense because of all the things we do and it covers flight, hotel, food, places we go, and a coach bus to take us places.
fun stuff to do: tons like early morning show appearance, seeing lots of sights in Pennsylvania and New York, going from school, shopping on 5th avenue, seeing a broadway production and more.
I really want to go and I saved up 1/3 of it. My mom said she'll pay for the rest but she's not sure whether she wants me to go or not.
Is it worth it??
