cost:$1000- it makes sense because of all the things we do and it covers flight, hotel, food, places we go, and a coach bus to take us places.
fun stuff to do: tons like early morning show appearance, seeing lots of sights in Pennsylvania and New York, going from school, shopping on 5th avenue, seeing a broadway production and more.
I really want to go and I saved up 1/3 of it. My mom said she'll pay for the rest but she's not sure whether she wants me to go or not.
Is it worth it??

Your memories will last you forever. Psychologically speaking, it makes a person happier for longer if they go on a trip as opposed to say- buying something nice like a new bike or a designer dress. (I read that in a magazine) If you dont go on your trip, will you get a chance to go to those places anytime soon? If you did, would get to go with all of your friends at once. It's not where you go, its who you share it with.

I would not even pay 1000$ to eat at a table with my top 10 favourite actors plus everything else you said. But I am not you...

In my opinion its a waste of time and money. If your into that thing have the money go for it why not. But if your only going on the trip because yours friends our or your trying to act cool spending a lot of money don't.

Sorry but this is the best advice I can get lets see what the others say.

To the post above mine I would MUCH rather spend the $1000 on a computer or put it towards a computer because $1000 is nothing towards a PC anyhow or a big screen T.V then go on some trip.

Only 1,000? Once in a lifetime? And your asking complete strangers if you should go? Tell your mom you'll make up as much as you can between now and the trip, but you should go if at all possible.
