Haitian voodoo is probably what you’re thinking of. There have been some documentaries in years past showing the ritualistic sacrifice and blood drinking of young bulls. This ritual probably only happens in Haiti and Africa. In America the animal of choice for Voodoo, Santeria, Palo Mayombe, Quimbanda, and the like is the chicken. It’s cheap, available, bleeds a lot, and can be eaten afterwards. Abaqa is similar to Palo Mayombe, and is said even offer human sacrifices but is seldom seen outside of Cuba. The Metamorors Ranch killings that occurred in the 80’s were probably the work of Abaqas.

Aleister Crowley, the founder of Thelema ( and also the psychotic junkie who thought he was the Antichrist and died in a flophouse), wrote a verse in Liber Al Vel Legis that says to “Sacrifice cattle unto me both great and small after a child” or some such nonsense, which he later explained meant to sacrifice cows to his daughter. A few people have theorized the cattle mutilations of the 80’s may have been the handiwork of Thelemites, but may have been simply the work of coyotes.

And I don’t cut cows and drink their blood BTW. lol!

If you cut up cows, all you get is steaks and hamburger.
There are any number of cults that have weird beliefs. Some of them may indeed cut cows and drink THEIR blood (please check your spelling because it's awful. Maybe you need to cut up a dictionary and chew the pages).
But does the occult truly exist? There is no scientific evidence that it does. And no one has yet managed to bring to life anything that is truly dead. Something that is comatose, or hibernating, can be 'brought to life' but that's quite a different state than death.

I'm not a cow cutter, but they do exist. The "power" that they get is still out for debate.

I think one people that drink blood is the Massai of Kenya. It is part of their normal diet. I believe blood is a very nutritional food, although I wouldn't consume it myself. I was not raised in that culture.
