I need your opinion, I think I have the flu, fever, stuffy nose, sore throat, and exhausted. I have a week long substitute teaching job that ends tomorrow, should I call in sick tomorrow or tough it out?

You guys, I'm getting really overwhelmed...I need help with trying to keep my head together, while getting my pre-reqs done for nursing. I plan to apply for the Summer or Fall 07 programs.
