Depends on the type of contraception. Some people have allergies to latex. Others have severe reactions to various chemicals disrupting their hormonal systems.
Some find contraceptive medicines to actually stabilize their hormonal swings.
This is a vague question. Given a week, I could have given you a thirty page response.
Condoms and the pill combined have about a 3-5 percent failure rate for preventing conception. Individually, they are even worse.
They give a false sense of security. They are not 100 percent effective at preventing disease or pregnancy.

Advantages are obvious. Disadvantages: moodiness and slight weight gain for some people.

That death from serious blood clot thing can be a pain, and force you to change your weekend plans, but I wouldn't freak out about it. Nor am I saying you should use contraception. Totally up to you.

advantages are you don't get pregnant if you don't want to. disadvantages are you can get all types of side affects so you have to try a few first
