I have a class presentation due in 2 weeks on 'Gangs in Pa."

This includes: Latin Kings, Bloods, Crips, Dog Pound, Aryan Nation, KKK, Tiny Rascal Gangsters, Vatos Locos, Five Percenters, Asian Boyz, and Skinheads. I I left anyone out please let me know; just remeber this is ONLY for PA.

the #'s for letters thing ( 3=e, 4=A...), uber-lazy 1-letter word substitution (r=are, n e=any, u=you...)...AND WHY CAN'T ANYONE USE "you're / your", "their / they're / there"... CORRECTLY?? "NO" is not "KNOW"! "WUT" is not "WHAT"! can't people read & write anymore? what is this? laziness? poor education? this just irks the **** out of me! >_<

I am from andhra and i discontinued my +2 due to family problems but i like studies very much . I didn't completed my intermediate.Due to that...Due to that i joined my degree in university of madras as a open student . And my life ambition is to become a software professional. For that i choosed M.C.A, but ANDHRA PRADESH govermnet passes G.O that non maths students in degree or not eligible to study M.C.A . It was a big shock to me. I have an elementary education degree. Last year I couldn't get a job so I was a teachers assistant. Now the school year has started and i still dont have a job. I was offered a preschool teacher position and I told them I would take it but i still havent done the paperwork so its not definate. The same day a principal emailed me to see if i wanted to interview with them. I can't decide if I should take the preschool job and be safe and go ahead and start working...or if i should wait and see if i get this teaching job or another teaching job. They hire a lot of people after 10 days and it has been 5 days...the main thing is that i want to teach...but i know its really stressful and i dont feel prepared and preschool wouldnt be near as stressful at least this one wouldnt. any advice would be most appreciated!

My heart is really really into teaching people. I have A+ certification, MCP, Dell certified, training experience in corporate America...I applied to the state of NH for an eligibility to teach under the critical shortage alternative. Does anyone have any experience making this type of carrer change? Any advice? I am in college now at night but do not have an education degree.
