My heart is really really into teaching people. I have A+ certification, MCP, Dell certified, training experience in corporate America...I applied to the state of NH for an eligibility to teach under the critical shortage alternative. Does anyone have any experience making this type of carrer change? Any advice? I am in college now at night but do not have an education degree.

Most ads for tech. ed. are indeed for vocational type technology-wood shop, metal shop, etc.

Look for technology positions. Most schools into tech. have these positions. A person who heads the tech. dept. (does not always need an educ. major, although many prefer it). A person who helps with integrating tech. into subject areas. Then, depending on the size, grunts to help each honcho.
