They all have one word in common -- house. They each can be preceded or followed by "house" -- greenhouse, house party, house calls, lighthouse, and farmhouse.

For one thing, they all have multiple meanings that are very different from their primary meaning. For example green is a color, but it also means "inexperienced" "not ripe" "sick looking" etc. Same with the other words. Get a dictionary.
