I'd like to go into event planning as a career,what major/s would I go into?

I have recently become unemployed and wish to return to school to learn a new trade. I've been excepted in a certificate program at the local college and will probably receive adequate finacial aid. But if I go to class full time I can't work full time so What do I do about paying rent, utilities etc.

I just moved into college yesterday, for the first time, and I am extremely homesick right now. I come from a town where everyone knows everyone else, and although I am an outgoing person, it is quite a change. So, is it normal to be homesick, and how would recommend that I deal with it?

I am debating either to stay in miami or go somewhere else in florida for college. I dont know if is gona be worth all the money spent for it. Then again im very self concious and i feel no college would want to give me admission even tho I am goin to get an A.A also b/c i want to reapply as a transfer after i didnt get in as a freshman and im wondering if that would jeopardize me from going in as a transfer?

I have a job but I have to pay rent...i've applied for scholarships but I don't qualify for 99% of them. My parents won't cosign for a loan.I'm only going to get about $300/semester from financial aid...how is it even possible to go?
