I have recently become unemployed and wish to return to school to learn a new trade. I've been excepted in a certificate program at the local college and will probably receive adequate finacial aid. But if I go to class full time I can't work full time so What do I do about paying rent, utilities etc.

You either live within your budget or find some way to suppliment your income. Most likely you will do both. Good luck.

If you don't have any children then this shouldn't be hard. School full time does not mean 24 hours a day. If you want to continue living the lifestyle that you have become accustomed to then you have to get a part-time job. Schedule your classes in the morning and find a job at night. They havee plenty of jobs that are hiring from 9pm to 3a.m. You have time to go home sleep till about 7 class for 8am and a nap at about 5pm till about 8pm. You have to look at your schedule and see where you can squeeze some part-time work in. Also see if you can speak with your counselor about a school work for pay and credit program, but be AWare they don't pay as much. But it seems like you have some decisions to make.

You probably can't. You probably should find some roommates to split the cost or even consider moving in with your parents if that is all possible. Also, apply for as many scholarships as you can. Most can go to living expenses also.

Also, as a last resort, and I mean a last resort you can take a school loan to help with living expenses, but the problem with that is you will be in more debt when you get out of school.

Are you eligible to get unemployment checks?

Also, ask your financial aid office if you can borrow additional student loan money to cover your living expenses while you're a student.

Plus, you can work part time. (Some students even DO work full time and go to college full time, like my boyfiend does!)

explanation why the government does no longer help with motor vehicle funds is using the fact in case you are able to locate the money for to make a motor vehicle charge than you will possibly desire to be waiting to locate the money for to pay for meals. definite its usually very plenty mandatory to have a motor vehicle yet they think you will possibly desire to take a pair of those funds save them and purchase a actual decrease priced motor vehicle for like $3000 or so particularly of $10,000 or maybe if. They make this regulation because of the fact a number of human beings might particularly take all of their funds and purchase an exceptionally high priced motor vehicle that they do no longer pick (such as you recognize completely maxed out and so on...) and then have the government pay for each little thing else. for my section what i might do (considering college is extremely plenty mandatory) is detect a decrease priced place to stay that maintains to be in a secure place (even if if it potential having the youngsters proportion a room or you get the settee), in case you pick a sitter attempt and locate good yet decrease priced sitters (a number of stay at abode mothers babysit truly decrease priced for a splash extra funds), and then attempt and pay off the motor vehicle as quickly as i might desire to (even if if it potential getting a loan from a confirm or kinfolk and paying them back in smaller funds or when you graduate in the journey that your father and mom can locate the money for it). in the journey that your at college finished-time you will possibly desire to be waiting to get help from the government (even although you are able to basically be working section-time they do evaluate an entire-time pupil as a solid subject besides and inspire it). What I did for my first 2 years of faculty besides (particularly considering I knew i may well be getting a solid job after college) is I took the max out in loans a 12 months. i might get approximately $10,000 in loans from the school to help me pay for issues like daycare, and kinfolk expenditures so i might desire to focus extra on college and particularly much less on artwork at that factor. I now do no longer take out the optimal yet I nonetheless take out better to help pay for my daycare expenditures.
