Hey guys. I'm going to be dorming at my college a few hundred miles away from home. I know I'm going to need to pack a lot of stuff because I can't go back and forth from home so freely due to the distance (and mailing is a hassle to my non-english speaking parents so we're trying to avoid it)

I'm stomped on what to bring. I'm making a list and so far i have:
-Laptop, printer, cables, printer paper
-Clothes
-slippers/flip flops (for walking around the dorm right after i wake up)
-morning ritual accessories (toothbrush, toothpaste, facewash, etc)
-Some notebooks, pens, pencils, paper (to start off with since I MIGHT not have time to shop around campus from the time i arrive and the time classes start)

and yeah... the list seems short... i feel like I'm missing A LOT of things... so help? What else should I bring?

The student's role is to be a passive recipient of knowledge.
The student;s role is to memorize and regurgiate information.
the teacher's role is to desipense knowledge
problems assigned to students should always be clearly formulated
There is an adequate answer to every question
everything is just a matter of opinion

How much of your past education has emphasized teacher or student roles such as those listed above?
Formulate your idea of what education should be about, your philosophy of education.
Make some well-considered judgments about how the roles listed fit in with or oppose your idea of education.

Can you find an official webpage, not from schools or anything, but a professional webpage that will tell me how to write a bibliography. Also, I would like to know how to write MLA bibliographies as well.
Do any of you know how to write an MLA heading? Thanks for your help!
