maybe this will help you....

here i've translated your directions out of literal terms and rewritten it in a way that may help you understand it better:

A student has to learn things
A student needs to learn information and be able to use it in real life
a teacher needs to teach
problems should always be organized in a way that all students can understand
Every question has a right and wrong answer
everything is what student believes it should be

Now here is what you should write about in your essay:

in the time that you have been going to school, has your learning been similar to the list above? (e.g. have your teachers actually taught things to you, or have they just told you stuff and let you figure it out on your own?)
what do you think education should be like? should it be siimilar or different than the things on the list?

follow that and you should get an A! Good luck!

Because this above is so true, I can hardly remember anything from school. Or at least, anything I learned from a teacher rather than a fellow student. 2 Teachers stand out in my memory, and both of those teachers spent maybe 10 mins giving us the answers to everything on the home work and tests, and the wrest of the class having intelligent discussions, real problem solving exercises. I learned more from those teachers than all the others combined.

Case in point neither of them were math teacher, I still count on my fingers (age 21).

Ok, well this is a pretty interesting essay (one that allows for easy sucking up to your teacher as well). I can help you with any specifics if you wanna contact me (click on avatar). Other than that, I don't want to help you too much. Just remember the basics. "Tell 'em what you're going to talk about, talk about it, then tell 'em what you told 'em". A little research (or in this case, just personal examples) is always a must. Proofread that sucker too! Good luck and perhaps I'll talk to you soon...

That sounds about like how all education before college turned out.

As far as the rest, I can't formulate your opinion for you.
