Which is grammatically correct? I see both so often that falling back on "what looks right" isn't working for me this time.

Mine are:

1. "Should/would of"
2. People misusing "literally". "I literally exploded with rage" - can you imagine the carnage?
3. People who can't conjugate "to be". Other languages you have to conjugate into six persons. In the past we have two forms, was and were, and people STILL say "you was".

....in september in michigan, (its gonna be like 55 degrees) im going with my class for 5 days 4 nights to YMCA storer camp, and i have no idea what to bring. were staying in cabins with air and heat, going horseback riding, u know, all the camp stuff. i will not need to have food, they will provide it @ the mess hall.....so please... give me an idea of what clothes to bring...etc.etc.... THANK YOU ps. i dont want 2 bring a ton of stuff...pps...sorry i put it in the wrong category...i didnt kno wich 1!!!

i think its a good "STORY" but just because its old doesnt make it true,do you know how the different religions were formed,if not you need to do some reading b4 you leave some senseless religious answer

That you have to take to get into college. Well i'm homeschooled right now & I'm really shy. I'm in the 11th grade. & I should start taking my act/sat tests this year & I heard you have to do them at the local high school here. Does anyone know of a program I can use or somewhere other then my local high school where I can take my act/sat's? Thanks it would be a huge help!

i just wanted to know what age it is considered ok to move out of your parents house? is there a certain age you must be? im 17 and i want to move out of home but my dad tells me you must be 18 is this true or is he just saying that to keep me at home??

I have a 5 year old I never spank. I dicipline her with time outs and when she grows out of that I'll use push ups. She always seems to do the right thing and isn't disobediant. Who else thinks this is the way to go? Or do you believe spare the rod spoil a child?

The Deacon and the Preacher

There once was this deacon and this preacher, and they had been friends for a long time. One day the deacon got sick and was put in the hospital, so the preacher decided to go and see his old friend.
When he walked into the hospital room, the preacher noticed all the hoses and medical equipment attached to the deacon. The preacher walked over and kneeled by the bed and asked, ''How ya doing?''

The deacon motioned at a pad and pen on the nightstand. ''You want that?'' the preacher asked him, and the deacon nodded his head yes. So the preacher handed his friend the pad and pen and the deacon began to write. All of a sudden the deacon died.

At his funeral, the preacher was asked to deliver the service. ''He was a good man and I'll never forget him,'' the preacher said, ''I was with him when he died and as a matter of fact I have his last thought in my coat pocket here.''

The preacher reaches into his pocket and pulls out the paper. ''Please, get up! You're kneeling on my oxygen hose!''
