The Americans seems to think that there is no cities in Africa. They think the whole of Africa consist of Villages or that Lions walk freely in the streets? How naive can one be? There is life in Africa! When you come to South Africa you'll think you're at home. You'll get lost in our cities!!!!!

I am going back to school in the fall and I was sent a notice about orientation. It isn't required, but you have to pay the $75 orientation fee even if you don't go. I'm still torn on if I should go or not. Is it worth it to take the time off from work (about 5 hours)? I have asked a couple people who go to my school, but they didn't go either so they didn't really know if I would be missing anything worthwhile.

I am not sure if I have to pay out of pocket for the text books or not either way I can not afford them this is why I have Financial Aid so my question is what has been your experience with this. Did you pay out of pocket then get reimbursed, or did the Financial Aid money come in on time for you to use that money which it is for ? So far the books total $400.00, and the reason I am going to school is to be able to earn more $$$, yet they keep asking for $$$ I do not have up front. Getting upset and discouraged.

yeah I know ready salted but honestly can somebody tell me of a crisp that you have had that actually tasted of cheese or steak, it cant be that difficult but for some reason we seem to get palmed off with some salty substitute that tastes nothing like its supposed to.
