I see these trms used, but they often seem interchangable and I want to know if I'm missing some subtlety. Are there times when one word would be appropriate but not the others?

To make this easier on you, here are (American Heritage) dictionary definitions:

au·ral: Of, relating to, or perceived by the ear.
au·di·to·ry: Of or relating to hearing, the organs of hearing, or the sense of hearing.
a·cous·tic: Of or relating to sound, the sense of hearing, or the science of sound.
son·ic: Of or relating to audible sound.

In context: "aural style sheet", "acoustic control", "visual and auditory information", "sonic energy".

While growing up, I was told that if I go to college and get a degree, everything would work out for me. I would land a high-paying job and women would flock to me.

I graduated last year with a four-year degree and I am still unemployed and single. The only thing I have gained since then is 50 pounds, since food takes my mind off my neverending depression.

Oh, and please spare me with the "seek help" remarks. I have learned, from personal experience, that shrinks only care about one thing: your wallet.

I hear people always saying that doctors make too much money, but my studies have led me to belive that alot of doctors are trying to break even. Interviewing some doctors, I have come to find that if they could go back, they would not be doctors. There are many concerns about lawsuites, and insurance companies putting low value on the procedures that doctors perform, thus doctors make less and less. Anyone know if this is true or not, because Doctors apperantly dont like to talk about money or numbers, but I do hear them complaining alot, kinda like teachers.

So far, Temecula/Murrieta seem to be our best bet for where to live with a homeschool teen as they have lots of dances, activities, etc., but I'm concerned that it's extremely conservative (franklyI don't want to live someplace uber right OR uber left wing). Riverside county in general has lots of teen homeschoolers, but where would you live in the area if you could? Besides Murrieta/Temecula, we've considered Moreno Valley and Corona.
