A good feeling, a bad feeling, or both!?

Is there such a thing as a good feeling or a bad feeling ?,
we feel and that is that to label them as good or bad is,
I feel, a rather negative thing to do and gets in the way
of emotional health.

My take on Ambivalence is that it is a statement
of neutrality, feeling neither of the two ends of the
emotional continuum that apply;
................ happy - sad, love - hate etc .................
it says that I am aware that I have strong feelings
about the topic but am unable to feel one at the
given time and so am sort of stuck in the middle.

This position is often a defensive one in which I may
not wish / want, at the time of asking how I feel, to feel
or explore the feelings I know are present.

Any use ?...

the word AMBIVALENCE has two meanings.

(1) uncertainty - If you show ambivalence towards something, it means you are not sure whether you want it or not, or whether you approve of it or not. Example - She was in a state of ambivalence about having children.
(2) ambiguity - If there is ambivalence in a document, report etc, it contains attitudes or ideas which seems to be opposite to each other and which do not fit well together. Example - The most possible explanation for this is ambivalence at the highest level.

Ambivalence is just kind of..."eh..."

Indifferent? Really couldn't care either way? Wouldn't say it could really be labeled good or bad, just varies by the situation.

Good. No, bad. No, good. Or maybe bad. Or maybe a bit of both. Or maybe neither. I don't care. Actually yes, I do care. Don't I???
