When you move to another state does your wifes hospital records get transfered automaticly or do they stay where there at untill someone inquires about them?

Your questions are kind of disturbing. For that reason, I think I will skip #s 1 and 2. However, since the question about hospital records could be a valid one (though still kind of disturbing when asked with the first two), the answer is that you must send for them. SHE must sign a form at her new doctor's office and give them the information they will need to get them (name, address, fax # of old doctor).

Closet issue-what sounds come from your wifes closet???
Water issue-3 days, but that includes liquids, meaning, 3 days without liquids.

a basic rule of thumb is "3" ... 3 minutes without air, 3 days without water 3 weeks without food. As i said this is a basic or general concept each person will vary.

A person can go without water until he dehydrates and faints, and eventually dies. I don't know the answers to your other questions. Sorry.
