I want to throw my 21st birthday party at a club or bar or lounge and i am searching for a place that i can host this party at. I am looking around the Los Angeles Area. I will have about 40-60 guests. I need a bar most importantly, Dj booth, and a dance floor. I either want to rent the whole place or a section of the place for this party. Please let me know of any places you may know about. Thanks.

The frozen ones don't make it. Are there restaurants in Southern California that serve a copycat version?

Anywhere in between is OK, too.

The other morning my family & i went out for breakfast. The waitress we had was really great and helpful, but she went off duty. Before she left she brought her replacement to the other tables around us and notified them of the waitress change, but didn't bring her to our table. So we finished our breakfast, stacked our dirty plates at the end of the table. No one came to clear them, to see if we needed anything else, or bring us a bill... 45 minutes we sat there no one would walk up, we could see all the waitress's and bus boys standing around but no one would come to our table. I walked up front to the hostess (there was 3 of them) they also ignored me none would ask if i needed help... So i went and got my family and we walked out.. DIDN'T PAY A THING. Not even a tip...would you have done the same thing?

A good friend of mine is turning 21 in less than a month, and he wants to have a party somewhere that has good drinks and music, but not necessarily a club (I don't think he wants 100s of people with loud music).

Anywhere in the LA/OC area would be good. Classy, fun, 21-and-over would be fine. The party would be 20 people or less.

Any ideas?

Im in the Los Angeles/ Long Beach/ Newport Beach/ OC area and I am planning a nice birthday dinner for my boyfriend and he's in love with jazz. I thought that it would be nice to have a romantic dinner on board a ship while a live jazz band plays but i cant really find anything. WHERE DO I START?

Anyone know any nice and cozy restaurants I can take my wife to in the Southbay area ?(Torrance / PV / Redondo / Manhattan / Gardena etc) Preferably romatic but not too pricey. Maybe around $20-$35/person. ( I don't drink)
It doesn't have to be a formal place either.
Just someplace we can go to on friday nights and eat good food.
Italian / Meditteranian / American food etc. Anykind of food welcome except for Asian.
I've been to most of the good Asian restaurants.
