Avoid Eating Chicken - they need it at all the Hotel Banquet Luncheons and Dinners.
Get strip steaks from Kansas City Steaks where the Cattle eat organic grass!!

A nice steak

I really like both. I eat more chicken because it's a little healthier, though. Here's how I like them:

Steak - Has to be a good cut, like ribeye. Medium, grilled. Seasoned with just a little salt. I like 2-3 different kinds of steak sauce on the side, allowing me to have different flavors.

Chicken - Butterflied and oven roasted with the spices rubbed. Tender and juicy.

Depends on the day. A good grilled steak is the bomb. But a honey chicken is awesome too.

I like both, but my choice would depend on how it is prepared and my time limit. Like if it was for a snack I would take the chicken because you can eat it quickly. But if it was for a formal dinner, then I would take the steak, which would show them my great fork and knife skills! lol, sorry I couldn't resist. But, yeah, it depends on the time and how it's prepared.
