El Cholo!
There are several locations, including:
1121 S. Western Ave.
Los Angeles, CA
323-734-2773
958 S. Fair Oaks Ave.
Pasadena, CA
626-441-4353
They have several fancier, pricier versions, but I strongly recommend getting just the house margarita.

If you're willing to drive a bit farther, may I suggest Las Campanas at the Historic Mission Inn in Riverside, California. The margaritas are excellent! Go for "The Grande".
