Here's the idea. I plan on capitalizing on the yuppie market. Big time. Yuppies love to go out and eat all the time here in Tampa. And the dining scene here is dismal. It is filled with chain restaurants frequented by tourists and retirees (we are the original home of the Outback Steakhouse empire). I plan on serving up microwaved meals that you can find in your grocer's freezer. Then I will put it on a plate and arrange it in a super fancy manner with parsley and the works. And I will give it my own name. If it is a frozen tuna casserole dinner, I will call it Tuna (insert any random French word here). And the overhaed and labor costs will be low. All you need is a couple of guys working microwaves that are heating the meals up and putting dishes in the dishwasher. Alot of yuppies can't tell the difference between fine food and regular slop. So I will price the food very expensively. My only problem is when chefs or food critics come around. They will be able to tell the difference.

How many calories do you think are in these deep-fried fritter balls? I eat a flafel sandwich from my favorite Greek plce on average twice a week and would like to have some kindof idea of the calories I'm consuming when I eat this meal. Help if anyone has any clue?

I went to a restaurant with my family and the service was bad. I'm usually very understanding when it's busy and service may be a little slow but I do think the server should at least check in and let us know he/she is busy and will be right back. I've had servers explain that they were overwhelmed and I still tipped 20% or more because they explained the situation. On this night, our drinks were not refilled at all, we had to ask for forks three times, water twice, the sauce that usually comes with the meal was not served and we asked for it three times and never received it. The waitress served food to the table next to us then set the dirty tray with pieces of food on it on our table while we were eating. It just seemed like there were too many things that went wrong and she never checked on us one time until after we were done eating. This is the first time that we were so disappointed that we actually did not leave a tip. Just curious to hear other's thoughts on this subject.

Mine weren't too serious: My fringed shawl caught on fire, once, when I reached across a lit candle for something. I also splattered a woman when I bit into a cherry tomato before my mouth was completely closed. I know mine are nothing compared to your stories. So, what happened with YOU?

My friend and I went to dinner at a steakhouse and were greeted with the AWFUL odor of a srong woman's perfume who was seated in the next booth. She was seated after we got there and right away my friend felt sick to her stomach. I thought the "steak aroma" and margarita would help her discomfort, but it was REALLY bad! What would you do?

You all know what I mean. When You go out to eat at a Mexican Resturant why do they bring out the food on a steaming hot plate? Every other type of resturant usually it's just the food that's hot.

This has been our experience for the last 15 out of 15 deliveries. This is highly annoying! They clearly expect that people will round up their tip as a result. (Not us anymore! We round down)!

We were at a chinese resturant yesterday & seen a man walk out without paying, he barely got out of the door & there were already 4 male workers screaming & jumping him as if he had stolen the clotman (sp) diamond.. I can understand since this is how they stay in business & you ARE suppose to pay after all. But it makes me wonder just how many people out there have done this & gotten away. C'mon fess up!

Beside the obvious spelling difference, is their a difference in action between a wibble and a wobble?

This would certainly resolve many a concerning jelly incident and may well result in far fewer jelly related arrests!!!
