One story out of many, I found a large pink fingernail in a sundae at Denny's. They proceeded to have all of the employees come up and show me that it wasn't their fingernail.

They only comped the sundae.

Especially if you are traveling with them!
I went to Vegas with...unfortunately...a VERY stingy friend. I told her she needed to bring a certain amount of money for all the travel/etc... expenses but I guess she didn't want to spend any of the amount I told her about BUT she still went anyways! So when we got there...she wouldn't want to buy tickets for museums, shows and left me to go in alone AFTER she told me "She changed her mind and will wait for me outside." I got so mad!!!! So I told her, "Why don't you go back to the hotel..." So for three days in a row...I basically couldn't eat anything around her cause I guess she thought the buffet was too expensive compared to a $5-6 dish in Chinatown in San Francisco. I didn't want to be the one to keep asking everyday, "Do you want to eat something first?" That will make me look like all I care about is food which I am not. But you still got to eat! I'm not anorexic or whatever you want to call it! What should I do?

Elephant Bar Bathroom Scandal In Burbank?
Wwas there the other day around 10:30 a.m., and went into the women's restroom, yes the women's restroom, and saw two pairs of men's feet in the handicapped stall with the door partially opened.

I gasped, and said "Isn't this the women's restroom?" And the two men came out without shame or anything. They were the workers there getting it on. I could tell by their uniforms which were black shirts and black pants.

Is this illegal, and wouldn't management have to know about this sexual activity?

This made me sick, and I would NEVER go to eat their again

if i'm at a restaurant trying to choke down my meal with no beverage i am very irritated....that's my biggest pet peeve about dining out...it seems waiters/waitresses never "check on" you anymore to see if you need anything....

Ok I need to come up with about $500 in a week. I'm trying to get 2 jobs waitressing. I might be able to work at Denny's my friend could probably get me a job there soon. But is Denny's a ok place? So I want to know what the average a waitress can earn a day with tips. If you can help me with that or name me places that are good to start with...I've never done this. Over all I'm a very nice person even if someone is really rude to me, well I won't be rude to them if they are to me. thanks

my sister says u ask for "little ice" but that sounds wrong for some reason, since little is to measure size and not quantity.

My local Chinese buffet has a sushi bar, and honestly, the sushi is all I'm there for. I'll go up for sushi about three times, not requesting anything from the sushi chef. How should I tip him? It's embarassing to be at the bar multiple times, but it's an all-you-can-eat buffet. Does tipping the chef make it more acceptable to take more sushi?

I witnessed the most disgusting thing on my job. I work at a fast food resturant where the boss is not very well liked. One of my coworkers fixed up a steak sandwhich for the boss and she put all kinds of nasty bodily fluids in the sandwich. I stood back and watched as my boss ate his delicious meal filled with nose fluids, mouth fluids and even fluids from the bowels. I was wondering if I should tell my boss what he ate or should I just mind my own business and let it go??

In most restaurants now, I've noticed that whoever is your server, is not the person who brings the food to your table. Usually, it is another server. Why is that?

I am a new restaurant manager, and keep having to battle with my chefs over this issue. If food is prepared for a guest, but the guest has changed their mind and ordered something else before the food arrives at the table, is the old food automatically a "return" item or should they pay for it?

Legally, I mean! I know my opinion!
