Dining Out - April 2007

I probably get an incorrect order 75% of the time. Either the cashier types in the wrong order or the "cooks" in the back screw something up. Sure we all know that fast food employees tend not to be the brightest crayons in the box, but I feel like the problem occurs much more often at McDonalds than at other fast food restaurants I have been to.

I have a certain friend who doesn't know how to act in a restaurant. I'm 24 years old and this guy is 25, I try to stay away from going to nice places with him because he has no table etiquette at all. He plays with forks, knives, napkins. He took a friend of mines knife in a semi nice restaurant awhile ago and put his hands all over and such for like a good 5mins. I think that is uncalled for and disgusting. I'm just mentioning minor stuff, hes always late and cant ever pay the bill either, cant add and leaves terrible tips. Do you guys/gals know anyone like this and how do they act? thx

looking to take everyone to a classy rbunch before my wedding but cant seem to find anything but sunday brunch, wher the heck can i have something like this? we are stayin at the star resort in kissimmee, and would liek to keep it close so the bride can run back if she need to get an early start. any help would be much appreciated

I hate the most about Starbucks is the people their.
Snobby fat girls who giggles like retards and gets on people nerves
All those stupid moms takes so damn long just to get 3 pennies on their purse.
The business man who doesn't care about other people, just themselves.
The annoying families who just never care about their child.
Also the rude people who gets in my way and rolled my eyes at me like I did something to them.
I hate when people walk with their Starbucks Cups infront of them, acting like their rich because they can buy Starbucks Coffee. Starbucks are crowded with people like that. I like my coffee at home, its free and their coffee is overpriced.

I noticed Chick-fil-a is advertising its wonderful handspun milkshakes, but what is it that makes it so special? I've worked in fast food so I know how normal milkshakes are made. I saw the website says "handspun milkshakes...made the old-fashioned way", but that still doesn't really help me much.

This technique os used a lot in fine dining. It basically is a means by which one person, alone, can remove the old tablecloth and put a new one down simultaneously.
