well I think it's a daily thing, cause they advertise it as fresh. I've had never ate a sandwich in which the veggies are not fresh.

well, "subway, eat fresh" is not entirly true. my friend worked at subway and I would go and hang out with him there. when they closed up they just close up the fridge where all the meats and vegetables you see are. they try to finish selling the old before starting new. how long do they keep them there? i dont know, could be months. but dont worry about it, subway is still pretty good and healthy if you get the right stuff. and all fast food places and grocery stores try to sell off the older stuff.
