Anyone knows the name & location of this new cafe?

A cafe in Singapore has come up with a novel way for diners, especially the shy ones, to make friends.

Diners can stuff notes with written messages into plastic capsules, put the capsules in pipes and at the press of a button, the capsules will be shot off to the intended guests.

Diners can also buy little toys or earrings at the cafe and then send them together with the messages in the capsules.

The cafe's owner says that by letting the pipes play Cupid, no one will be embarrassed if the friendly notes are not reciprocated.

Is there anyone out there that has been to the Casablanca restaurant in Philadelphia?

I'd really like to take my mom there, who wants to try middle eastern food, but I can't find any reviews on this restaurant on the interent, any reviews by anyone will be greatly appreciated!! I need to know: Does it get crowded on weekends? Is it popular in philly? Good food? THANK YOU!!

How would you approach a table that did not tip the server at all or very little?

At the restaurant I work at I often deal with foriegn people who are unaware of the tipping norms in the the US...how could I approuch them about the tip or lack of tip that was left?
